I am on the Do not call list in the national registry and still get phone calls from telemarketers. Anyone else have this problem? I also get calls from schools when I look up scholarships. It is really annoying when I actually say I don't want any calls from them and they apparently ignore my request. I shouldn't be having these calls. Any one have any advice on what to do?

I am thinking about getting involved with student activities for the next school year. I need the experience for event management. Primary elections are coming up for the presidential race this year and I really want to be a delegate. The convention this year should be big because it's an presidential election year.

I would love to study abroad someday. It's expensive, but I have heard it's a good experience. I wouldn't know which study abroad program to pursue. I want to be a event planner so it would have to be something in that field.

I had a good weekend. It has been a weird semester so far. I had a hard time finding the moon and I think it really disappears for a little while. I can't believe it's about half way over. I hope I do well in my classes this semester. I am planning to go to Weber after this semester so I really need good grades.

I can't believe Josh Powell killed his children. He is such a messed up man. I wish he hadn't had the privilege of having his visitation at his home. They should have had it in another home so they could protect the kids if they needed to. He really didn't seem like he would do that to his kids. This will be talked about for a long time. I hope they will be able to find Susan somewhere so they could bury her properly.

I hope I can get up to the Salt Lake area soon. I have things to do up there and summer term starts soon. I may have to wait until spring break, but that is another month away. anyway, I have lots of things going on for the next few weeks.

I am shocked that Whitney Houston died this weekend. I love her songs and she has the most beautiful voice. I wish I had the chance to meet her. She seemed like the type of person I would have loved to meet. My prayers are with their family and I hope they figure out what killed her soon.  

Mid terms are coming up. I can't believe how fast the semester is going. I need to get ready to move out of the area though. I'm excited to get my associate's finally and get my bachelor's before long.

We have learned word press and google + and facebook business. I didn't know you could do an account for a business in facebook. We also learned about instagram which is something that you can't really get unless it's on your iphone or ipod touch. 

I have learned a lot in the social media. We just learned about pinterest and digg on Tuesday and I am having some trouble getting a new account on some of the sites in the class. We are learning about linked in and google+ today. These are good sites for businesses or if you are looking for a job.
